Timed Pulse Function Block

I am simulating the Timed Pulse (TP) Function Block. The BOL indicates that the IN_D status is passed to OUT_D. But I don't see that the status is passed. The output is always GoodNonCascade. Did anybody has any idea/comment why is that so?
