Pulse F_OUT_D ALGO_OPT... Is this all it would take to fix the DCC block?

F_OUT_D

The pulsed output value that represents the logical PDE of the F_OUT_Dn parameters if Pulse F_OUT_D is enabled in ALGO_OPTS option bitstring; otherwise F_OUT_D will be the logical OR of the F_OUT_Dn parameters.

This is one small change that could go a long way to improving the flexibility and usefulness of this block.

  You can write the condition to include that it isn't in the state that you want it to be so then the condition goes false after it reaches that state and then if "something" changes it from the state it will trigger again to get around the Pulse frustration.
  
  If you only enable the EDC to work in certain modes (CAS for example) you can also include the mode so they re-trigger based on mode changes as well.
