Ahoy! All,
We recently made headway with a new build for OPs/ENG workstation (DV12.3 on Win7_Pro).
Issue we having seems only isolated to this new station.
As per image below, we have noticed that engineering units are not coming through.
Any help will be highly appreciated.

Update: Re-running the workstation configuration does not resolve the issue. Seems like it may be associated with the below error:

I run the Auto Update Service Control. Under Enable nothing was ticked. So I ticked them all; Status changed after, I clicked set and then close.
Re-Downloaded, Op\Eng station, Setup Data, and re-started Station and still no engineering units. Though the other pop-up seems to have come up since the last restart.
Another thing I have noticed is that every time the station is restarted, it comes up a no configuration status see below (could it be there is configuration file not on the station). And after each restart, a download must be done to overcome this.
