DD files for v 9.3

Hi. Reaching out for help with respect to a lackmof compatible DD files for V9.3 DV. We have just installed a new valve positioner of same model but a different revision no dd files for V9.3 are available. Is there a workaround for this please? Any help greatly appreciated.

  I would first go to the Fieldcom and see if they have the DD/EDD file to import into DeltaV.  These are DDs that has been qualify by the foundation.

  If they don't have the DD file, you need to contact the manufacturer for the DD.

  Is this for FF or HART?

  Thanks Tinh, I've already done that, also been trying to contact the manufacturer of the FF valve positioner. I had heard a whisper from a few places that the DD files for later versions of DV can be '[made to work with older versions of DV.

  Yes, you can try by going to this Emerson site: https://www.emerson.com/en-us/support/software-downloads-drivers and download the dd you need.  What is your email or phone?  Like to do a quick discussion of your situation before you go that route.
