Trying to commission a DeltaV SIS in our plant and having an issue with one DO. Diagnostics shows configuration error, upgrade mode on the charm status. I have tried downloading again, re assigning it to another charm address and then assigning it back and then downloading again as well as downloading between each step in that sequence. Tried deleting the dst, download, assign it back, and then downloading again, still the same result. I have also tried moving it to another charm address but diagnostics and auto-sense will not see the charm installed. Says there is no charm installed even though it is obviously plugged in. Any help would be appreciated.
