Unable to Reconcile I/O

Hi All -

Recently added a new wireless device to our wireless HART network and when attempting to finalize setup within DeltaV by reconciling I/O via the gateway cloud, I get an error that states:  "Reconcile I/O Error   Reason: Unspecified Error."  There are no issues with the gateway, as I can connect to the gateway via web interface and see devices and there are no issues reporting via Diagnostics.

Anyone see this before, or have suggestions to rectify?

  Make sure you have the proper device definition rev and files installed for the device you are adding. Also if the hart tag doesn’t match the place holder exactly it won’t reconcile. You can use the bind tag feature to manually assign to the placeholder.

  Besides Jason suggestions, check if the device has a good tag with supported symbol. I have seen where it has a unsupported symbol that is not supported by DeltaV, it will reject your device.
  Is the channel property has some kind of tag associate to it? If it does not, put one in and try again.
  Is this a Hart 5 or Hart 7 device?
