Unable to download to operator workstation

hi all,

there is a problem with the communication between Proplus and operator workstation. when i want to download from proplus to OP, below alarm will present (which show me "unable to copy graphics and chart, reason: logon failure. unknown user name or bad password").

before that, an alarm was generated via DeltaV operating run which shows "the PIC_Path ...\DVDATA\Graphic-Ifix\PIC is invalid". then i configured again this workstation through workstation configuration and exported file via Proplus. but the is not working properly.

  when you are downloading from the proplus to the operator station check the charts events graphics must be enabled in the explorer for the operator station.
  make sure that the login should be administrator .check the deltav graphics path as D:\\deltav\DVDATA\graphics-ifix\pic.
  till not working rerun the workstation configuration file in proplus as well as in the operator station . This should be done offline : (Plant is not running )

  Check that you have the same accounts (user/password) on the operator workstation as the Proplus.
