Hi all,
I'm working through some old alarms on our alarm screen and I've come across HISTORIAN/FAILED_ALM : Batch Historian : FAILED : Batch Historian:Not Communicating : Warning
this alarm dates back to may 2014 when we had a problem which has since been rectified but this alarm is still live.
is there a reason anyone can think of where this hasn't been solved however everything seems to be working and diagnostics all come up good.
I can Suppress this alarm, is that the normal procedure to remove it from the alarm screen or will this prevent a new alarm from registering?
