Has anyone configured the EIOC IEC-61850 interfaces with Siemens PMS? I was given this information from the vendor:

IEC61850 ADDRESS
[IEDNAME][LD]$[LN]$[DATA].[ATTRIBUTE]

PMSCTRLCTRL$CB1CSWI1$Pos.stVal

1. Is the format above the right format for IEC61850 MMS?
2. Is it enough to configure in DeltaV?
3. What is the equivalent data code for DeltaV:
   1. 30 = Single Point Signal
   2. 31 = Double Point Signal
   3. 35 = Scaled Measurement
   4. 36 = Floating Point Measurement (DeltaV equivalent = Floating Point)
   5. 46 = Double Command
