Quad Monitor WS only initializes one screen

Hi all,

For no apparent reason at all, our quad screen ws is now only initializing one of the four screens (although Operate covers all screens, only the user1 screen is populated with pictures). I've check the layout file and that seems fine - no changes from when this was working. Is there any other place I need to check to get all monitors populated?

I there anything in the user_settings which may be affecting the screen number?

  Did you change the resolution and is the horseshoe still set up correctly. Other thing I would check is if the bypass button is checked, it will cause funky things to happen. Do you get an error or does it just not load the 4 configured graphics? Can you open a graphic in any of the other screens or do a swap screen and does the graphic load in the monitor you told it to switch too? What kind of workstation & do you use the WYSE extension?
