Bad FFDI and FFDO parameters in control module for Rotork IQ MOV

When I commissioned the FF device, two (2) AMS Device Manager pop-up screen messages appeared as below:

1st pop-up msg: The DeltaV host system has not been configured in AMS Device Manager. Run the Network Configuration Utility in AMS Device Manager to complete this requirement. Do you want to continue with the commissioning process anyway?" -Then I clicked YES. (But my Proplus is already configured in my AMS DM network).

2nd pop-up msg: "Device parameters could not be uploaded to the database. Do you want to continue with the commissioning process?". Then I just clicked YES.

I used the "Rotork_FF01MK2_2_FF_DeltaV_11_3_AMS_11" as the dd file.

Then, I assigned the 2 x FFDI blocks for the "Close/Open" & "Local/Remote" status respectively, while 1 x FFDO for the "Close/Open" command.

But when I go online in the CM, I'm getting a Bad PV (red "X") on the 2 x FFDI (Ch3 & Ch5) while the FFDO (Ch9) is showing not connected (with blue ?).

Here are other inputs:

1. The AMS Device Manager is installed in another server connected to DV network where the Proplus is also connected.

2. No AMS Device Manager in Proplus.

3. In AMS Device Manager, the Transducer Block mode is in OOS. There's no way to change the mode to Auto. I can only change the Resource Block mode from OOS to Auto and vice-versa.

4. I can view the live device parameters in AMS DM like the OPEN/CLOSE/STOP/LOCAL/REMOTE when I configure the device.

5. Both Proplus Server and AMS Server have the same dd file (ie. Rotork Actuator Rev. 2).

Here are my questions:

1. Can I change the Transducer Block mode using a 475 FC assuming it has the updated dd file of the device?

2. Should I install AMS in Proplus? If yes, should I install AMS Server Plus of Client?

3. Should I just change the DeltaVAdmin password of all workstations?

4. Should I just decommission my FF device, delete the FF device in AMS, then re-commission in DV Explorer?

5. What is the solution to this issue?

Any suggestion would be appreciated. Thanks.
