EMEA Exchange 2020 - Where Shall We Go?

We've just about recovered from our adventures in The Hague so are starting to look at venues for 2020.
Any strong opinion on which city we should choose? Or even which we should not choose?

Is it all about the city? Or the conference facility? Or ease of travel?

  I strongly recommend Copenhagen. DeltaV is quite popular at Danish companies (e.g. Novozymes and Novo Nordisk). Nice conference facilities and an extremely good place to walk and bike around in. Easy to travel to by train or airplane (CPH). Why not use http://www.bellacentercopenhagen.dk/en-GB/Home.aspx ?
