How to turn off toolbars in DeltaV Configure Version 13.3.1

The toolbars shown below open when going into DeltaV configure each time. Is there a setting so these don't open on the first session each time?

    They are Batch Controls, DeltaV_Picture, DeltaV_Animation, DeltaV_Operating_Experts, DeltaV_Tools, DeltaV_Shapes, DeltaV_Toolbox

    From the Workspace menu option in Configure mode, select Toolbars, Select the Owner (discussed below) and uncheck toolbars you don't want and check the ones you want.

    The two types of owners are Workspace (Always open toolbars) and Picture (Toolbars only open when picture is open).

    In DeltaV Configure select Workspace | View | Toolbars then select Picture and uncheck the approproate toolbars. This applies to 12.3 but presumably the same in 13.3.1

    That is correct for the current remote desktop session. Once you disconnect and log in again it sets them all back to the default. This is new in V13.3.1 as previous versions did not do that.

    Are there any plans to change this? Why did is start showing up in V13 and not V12? This is very annoying, as we have 30 plants and RDP in/out many times through out the day, so the work around is not very applicable.

    I've tried to replicate this, don't see any differences in functionality from v11 - 13 and asked if this has changed with the response that it hasn't changed.

    Do you have multiple people logged in with different accounts or using same accounts?
    Are you disconnecting or logging off?

    There is only one person logged in at a time. We log off each RDP session.
