Workspace.exe (DeltaV Operate Run) is not working

Hey all, I installed DeltaV version 13.3.1 today and after downloading my database into controller and going online with controller and pressed DeltaV Operate Run but its not running and giving error as mentioned below.

"Workspace.exe has stopped working". A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available.

Can anyone please help me how to fix this error so that my DeltaV Operate Run could work. thanks in advance.

    You might try Right-Clicking on the Taskbar and selecting "Start Task Manager", then select "Processes"

    Look for "Workspace.exe *32"
    Right Click on it and select "End Process"
    Close out "Task Manager"

    Give that a few seconds and then try Operate, again.

    Umer, your best bet is to log a call with the GSC. This is a generic Windows error message which can originate from a host of root causes. If you want a timely response, you should engage the GSC or your local Emerson service provider. On a forum like this, you can get a lot of anecdotal suggestions that can lead you down the wrong path, and you will likely end up re-installing.

    You may need to download and install the WS_10 hotfix for DeltaV Operate, available from GSUDS.

    All, thanks a lot for the reply, basically i sorted out the problem a little bit, when i am creating a new threshold table under Globals--->frsVariables, its giving the same error as.

    "Workspace.exe has stopped working". A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available".

    If i delete the newly created threshold table, DeltaV Operate Run is working fine. Now the question is if i cannot create a new threshold table then how i can achieve my objects functionality and specific colors? I need custom threshold tables. Is is not possible to create new table in version 13.3.1? because in version 11.3 its working fine.
