Trouble installing the DeltaV Excel Runtime addin

I can't install the DeltaV Excel Runtime addin.

When I run the setup program, it tries to install some Microsoft VSTO 2010 Runtime component.

This component install fails.

The error dialog say "The installation of Microsoft VSTO 2010 Runtime has failed. Setup will now exit."

Any ideas on how to get this working?
