Configuration DeltaV operate 13.1

Hello,
I just installed Deltav 13.1 on a new station, I put it in the domain when I restart and I log on the domain DeltaV operate does not start I stay on the session deltev operate destop. can someone help me

  What type of station is this? Have you assigned the appropriate licenses to this assign station and download the DeltaV Pro+?

  it's a Dell Optiplex XE2 station, yes licenses are assigned to this station and I've loaded the station from Pro +. I replaced a station that was already in the field with a new one on which I redid the installation of DeltaV
