DeltaV 13.3 installation

I have installed DeltaV 13.3 in my system and observed that when I am trying to download to the controller, I am getting error that current user security does not allow downloads.

Also while doing DeltaV workstation configuration, I have selected domain(emrsn.org). now when I tried to open DeltaV workstation configuration again, I am getting error "CNTSecurity::AD_IsDomainAdministrator::Failed!!"

Pl. help.

  Are you logged in as the domain administrator while doing the download?
  
  Do you get any warning/error when downloading the Pro+?
  
  What is the actual up address of the Pro+?
