Faceplate warning message in DeltaV operate sharing violation

the following warning message appear to me if i try to open any faceplate 

WS11\DVdata\graphics-ifix\PIC\faceplate\loop_fp.grf a share violation has occured 

can any one advice to how fix this problem

  Without knowing anything about your configuration, do you have more than one operator station?
  Are you on a RDS terminal server?
  From which workstation do you get this message, are all workstations giving same message?
  Have you update popup pictures correctly?
  
  Need more info before we can attempt to offer a reason.

  1- i have 11 operator station
  2- i am not in RDS server
  3- from operator station WS4
  4- only workstation 4 give this message
  5- could you please advice with how to update popup picture

  As per your message from above for operator station no 11 the faceplate share voilation error has been occured . Also you have mentioned this error has been occured on operator station no 4 .so you can check for the os11 or os 4. Weather this occures on proplus station . if from proplus this error has not occured . Then you can download from proplus to the operator station no 11.
