DeltaV Utilities toolbar in Operate has sharing violation

I cannot open the DeltaV Utilities toolbar in Edit mode of DeltaV Operate.  Every time I try I get an error stating that this is probably a sharing violation.  It only occurs on one workstation and I've checked to make sure that no other workstations have this toolbar active.  Does anyone have a possible solution for this?

    I found the solution. Posting here for others:


    Please try the following steps to use the update popup icon.
    1. close DeltaV Operate
    2. Copy the default “DeltaV_Utilities.tbx” and “DeltaV_Edit.tbx” files from C:\DeltaV\iFix\LOCAL folder to the working directory D:\DeltaV\DVData\Graphics-iFix\LOCAL folder.
    3. Open DeltaV Operate
    4. Go to Workspace | Toolbars then enable the DeltaV Utilities

    I tried this and it did NOT work. I had to copy all .TBX and .TBC files from C drive (C:\DeltaV\iFix\LOCAL) to D drive (D:\DeltaV\DVData\Graphics-iFix\LOCAL). After doing this, it resolved the issue.
