Launching PHV (Events+Chart) Requires Excessive Time Deltav 11.3.1

hi 

as i said in the subject i have problem with launching historian E+C and it takes time to open.i check that in the kba AP-0800-0056 that referenced the hotfix to resolve this issue for DeltaV 9.3.1 . i want to know that is there any kba reference for 11.3.1? 

please help me to resolve this issue.

  There is a KBA for performance Limitations which is AUS1-115-990607142410. If you are in domain environment it might help to add the 10.4 and 10.8 networks to the reverse lookup zone of the DNS server.

  my system configured to workgroup .as far as i know kba AP-0800-0056 for DeltaV 9.3.1 did not point to DNS server configuration . it references special hotfix that can afford this issue.
