Backed up Data sets can be restored back as Extended data sets in the Event Chronicle for viewing. This is accomplished via the Event Chronicle Administration Utility. In the Event Chronicle Administration, access Tools -> Create Extended Data Sets. This opens up a dialog that allows browsing for the extended data sets and attaching the same to the Event Chronicle.

Attaching the data sets makes the data available for reading via the PHV. By default the PHV reads from the Current Data set. To read content from the extended data sets, open PHV. From the top menu, select Events -> "Configure Events" and select the appropriate data set from the dialog that opens.
