DeltaV M-Series Hardware Question.

I have a device that needs 24VDC power and 4-20mA input, but the 4-20 cannot be power like the output is from the AO card. Is there a way to get the 4-20, but not have it powered?

    Can you describe your application in a little more detail? Does your device draw more 24VDC power than the AO card can supply? I'm not sure what you mean by delivering 4-20 mA current on a wire and "not have it powered."
