S Series Hardware - traditional, redundant

Does anyone have a contact at Emerson who knows in detail the hard ware required for S series traditional I/O redundant cards ? My LBP / Impact Partner is not providing accurate answers.

  • There is a S-Series I/O Product Data Sheet available here. Part numbers can be found from page 31 onwards. Is this what you are looking for?

  • Redundant cards require a redundant terminal block suitable for the card pair. The pair must be installed on odd/even slopes, that is left card on odd slot (1, 3, 5, or 7).

Cards must be of same type. Not all cards support redundancy. The PDS available on line should answer how and what to order.(as per MC_CHOW)
