Flow Nomination and profile Module

Hi all. Ive got the task of creating a DeltaV module which can manage profiling gas flows for a gas terminal for a 24hr day. So for example we are given a daily energy value to deliver, that value is then divided into the hours of the day and we get a gas flow rate value which we need to flow to achieve our end of day target.

Does anyone have any experience in creating such a module?

  For our LNG pipeline operation, we have created a DeltaV module to estimate the time (i.e. date hh:mm) of batch completion based on nominal bacth amount and current flow rate. You can easily modify this moodule to calculate desired flow rate based on batch amount and target completion time.
