Scan time parameter in SIS modules?

Is there an actual scan time parameter that can be referenced, or an internal clock in SIS modules that can be used? We're looking to monitor rate-of-change of an analog input based off the actual scan time the module is running at. If not, what kind of +/- error can I plan for based off the 100ms designed scan time?
