FAcing Problem during opening of Graphics in DeltaV V 9.3

Facing problem in DeltaV DCS V9.3, when I open the “DeltaV operate run” it gives  error and Graphics are not opening

Error 1 :A compile error was detected in the script that is about to run

Error 2: failed to tell “DIVISYS” that we are in “CONFIG” mode.

The same error is coming on all the OS along with the ES.

Iam following this temporary solution :copied the “Pic “ folder form Old backup and paste in the respective OS/ES Graphics-ifix folder. After this I am  able to open the “DeltaV operate Run.

But when I again close the DeltaV operate application ,the same error appears again. Please suggest the permanent solution.

I did not perform proper shutdown of the system, after this problem arise. I also reloaded the complete deltaV and Project database from backup. But the problem not resolved.

    Dear Naresh,
so you installed windows and dv again? (just to make me sure). Strange if the problem re appears with a fresh computer, are you also installing some virus scanner other programs?
thi solution is for a littlbit similar problem not exactly yours but you can try it:
    - Create a copy of the Local folder from D:\DeltaV\DVData\Graphics-iFix and rename (this will serve as a backup)
    - Replace the .TBC, .TBX, and .XBT files in D:\DeltaV\DVData\Graphics-iFix\Local with those from C:\DeltaV\iFix\Local
    - Try launching Operate Configure mode to see if issue is resolved (in your case operate)

    hope this helps?

Did you also delete files from the yellowpages/graphics-ifix/pic folder? Because you mentioned that after recovering a backup it works for a while and after closing and re-opening the problem occurs again. Sounds like yellowpages is overwriting files with newer ones that have bad code.
Also, when the problem occurs look in the pic/standard folder for a recently changed file. This file most likely will have some bad VBA code.
