Please open database administration on the Pro plus and observe if any  database connections exist from the cited workstation. If so,and you can confirm no open applications running on that workstation (control studio appears as cs.exe in task manager for instance), then disconnect the connection to the control database.  If cs.exe exists when enumerating tasks from the cited user(administrator) on the cited workstation, then close or kill the task if disconnecting from dbadmin doesn't remove the task.
