Good day to all, I'm new with this system and now my site using DeltaV ver 7.4.1.
Now we facing problem with our operator station. Our PHV always not responding after open the program or open up a chart take a longer time for the chart or event to appear (5-10 minutes) then not responding back.
1. How we open the PHV?
2. What type of history view is being opened?
3. How many PHV windows are open?
Your support and detail are highly appreciate. Forgive me if this subject have been highlight but still I can't find any solution with it.

You essentially need to setup a Reverse lookup zone in DNS configuration for the DeltaV domain. The article is specifically regarding a PI or Legacy historian, but may be a good starting point even if you are using Emerson Continuous Historian.
