I have a second question about electronic signatures (first was about empty comment here: http://community.emerson.com/process/emerson-exchange/systems-solutions/deltav/f/50/t/3723.aspx).
I implemented Electronic Signatures. I don't want the user to confirm when he acknowledges the alarm, but when the alarm becomes Inactive Acknowledged.
Because on my application, the user will acknowledge immediately, then respond to the alarm , but it can take almost an hour for the normal conditions to get back, and the alarm become inactive. I need the user enter a comment about the alarm once it became inactive....
does someone already made something like this, or knows how to?
