We are trying to configure electronic signatures only when a LO_ALM comes in and is acknowledged. When I add the LO_ALM to the parameter configuration, it works when I acknowledge the alarm from the face plate, but when I acknowledge the alarm with the "ack all" button on our banner, it will not pop up the electronic signature.
Has anyone come across this issue?
What is the correct way to configure electronic signartues for only one alarm type for example? (LOLOL, LO, HI, HIH)
We are DeltaV 13.31.
