We're working on some configuration for a customer that is using the PCSD modules and are running into issues with the supposedly matching faceplate popups having errors. Their DeltaV is at 11.3. I'm doing my configuration on a DeltaV Simulate Multi-node system which is at the same version. I've built class based control modules from both the v5.1 and v5.2 (yes I wish they matched the DeltaV rev but they don't) Bias/Gain PCSD modules and when I click to open them on the graphic the faceplate popup shows several errors mostly down in the area where the bias and gain values are displayed. I've also build some class based PID type control modules and am having a lot more issues with them not working with the matching faceplate. In this case the faceplate isn't showing the module's tag name or description along with other errors including one that says that a script that was about to run can't had has an error code that is 0 (000000), not very helpful.
If you've had problems like this how have you fixed them? Or have you had to have Emerson fix them?
