Symantec Backup Exec 2012 Simplified Disaster Recovery with DeltaV

 
I am currently trialling Symantec’s BE3600T appliance (running BE 2012) on one of our DeltaV systems.  On top of the standard Backup to Disk schedules, I am also looking out doing a Backup Exec 2012 Simplified Disaster Recovery test of our Pro+  (PE2950 v3; RAID 5; v10.3.1, runs Event Chronicle and AMS in the same server).  I know it’s not a supported application with DeltaV (though I remember a lot of customers did use Veritas Backup Exec, back in the day,  along with its SQL Server agents).  Has anybody tried to use BE 2012 SDR with DeltaV 10.3.1?  Cheers.
