DeltaV FHX Export issue "No Such Interface Supported"

Dear All,

im new to this forum, and i have problem with deltav. 

Since i installed the Kepware OPC on the Engineering Work Station, i cant use the export function.

if i use export then there is pop um message say "No Such Interface Supported"

maybe there is .dll file missing but i dont know exactly.

as you can see in the Picture

 hope there is an answer for my problem.

  • There is a chance that a DeltaV dll registration was replaced with a dll registered from the Kepware install.  Try the following:
     

    1)      Close all DeltaV applications.

    2)      Stop the DeltaV service and any other DeltaV related services that may be running.

    3)      Run the command “regall /register” from the command prompt (If your DeltaVAdmin user password has been changed you will need to know that password).

     
    If that doesn’t work, the next step would be to try an extended clean of the database.
     
    If that fails or doesn’t fix the problem, try doing a manual export of the database using the command line utility dbimpexpclient.  The structure of the command would be:
     
    Dbimpexpclient.exe –de [Path to where export should go]
     
    If that fails, try making a backup of the database and restoring it to a new database.
     
    If all of the above fails you will likely have to uninstall and re-install DeltaV on your ProPlus.  That will mean having to re-run workstation config on all of your operator stations and application stations.  You should only do this if you have a known good backup of your configuration.  I would suggest getting in touch with your Local Business Partner or Emerson rep or the Global Service Center for support in this last step or for any of the other steps I’ve described if you have any doubts or questions.  Your issues are really beyond what should be handled on an open forum if the regall and extended clean don’t fix the problem.
