DeltaV does not support 100 ms updates for history collection. The fastest update rate possible is 500 ms between a controller and an Application station, and I beleive this is only if you are using an OPC call, or a Virtual controller module running at 500 ms.
If you run a module at 100 ms in the controller, you could store values in an array and collect this data. If you stored this in the historian, you would have 10 values per second and would need to disable compression. You would also have to read this data in a special format to properly order the values.
there are 86400 seconds per day, so you are talking 6,04,800 values for a 7 day period. You cannot store that in a controller.
Maybe you should consider a data logger device designed for capture and store large amounts of data.
