missing all deltav user in the log in flex lock after restarting the system (DeltaV 13.3.1)

hi 

i have problem with deltav user after restarting the system .all the user missing after restarting the system in the DeltaV 13.3.1. what should i do? i just upgraded the system to 13.3.1.

  Please supply more details.
  You 'just' upgraded to 13.3.1, what stage of upgrading you are in?
  Did you do the workstation configuration utility, did you import the migrated export, ... ?
  Maybe relevant: from which version did you upgrade?

  i have done the upgrade from 11.3.1 to 13.3.1 . i have done all the migration path and the workstation configuration several time . so when i start the operator workstation all the user could not be displayed in the flexlock and workstation did not work. after downloading the workstation this matter exist. i also reconfigured the workstation but no result.please let me know how to resolve this issue.

  I had a similar problem when loading configuration into a new (virtual) machine. It appeared the Windows user was not a member in the imported DeltaV configuration. So by using a different (Windows) user, known in the imported configuration, I was able to to a download after the workstation configuration and then all users were seen.

  You should log a call on this issue with Guardian/Global Support Center to get the support needed for your migration.
