For Delta V explorer :
1) Connection on the Control networks for PPWS to all workstation and controller was found disconnected although the network cable was checked and found healthy.( see attached deltaV Explorer error1)
2) Error message for searching the license file occurred once attempt to access the debug logic. (see attachéd deltaV Explorer error2)
For Delta V Operate:
1) Error message “data entry with electronic signature” occurred although the default password “deltav” has been entered but remains the same. (see attached deltaV operate error1)
2) Once the graphic page was opened, all the parameters were gone. (see attachéd deltaV operate error2)

I means that we will download database to PPWS or download from database to controller? I haven't any clear answer from expert so that I need someone's help to clarify our problem. Do you any advice to download or fix it?

Adrian is correct. Your issue is not something you should be discussing on an open forum like this. Any advice given here is in a vacuum and could make things worse. You should call the GSC.
It appears the this system was running at some point, bu the Pro Plus is now showing a yellow triangle, indicating that it has never been downloaded (from this database). I'm thinking the only way that could happen is that a new database was created and workstation configuration has been run.
Until the pro plus is downloaded, it will not have licensing to allow Control Studio to run. If other worksations are working and controllers are communnicating with them, you have either rebuilt the database or there are multiple databases on that system and the wrong database is active. In anycase, downloading the Pro Plus could introduce a change to the global items such as the node table, Module tables and this could disrupt operations. Someone has to be able to confirm that this database is valid and that it is safe to download this Pro Plus.
Given all these unknowns, it would be foolish to suggest a course of action. You need to contact your local Emerson support company and log a call with the GSC. this is not an issue that should be discussed on an open forum.
