Using the "DeltaV forum" as a forum per definition I would be interested in your thoughts how Controller Cold Restart parameters set to e.g. 7 or 14 days or longer could influence a plant/site restart after the actually very often discussed "Blackout".
Would it be an advantage for you that the controller will come up again without the need of personnel ressources, or a disadvantage because on the other side parts of the plant could be back in action before the whole operation-team would be?
