Can´t access to home page of 1420 gateway

Hello

Please any suggestions to fix a problem that a Gateway 1420 cannot access the home page in the web browser (internet browser)

Factory reset was performed.

IP level connectivity to the gateway was verified (IP: 10.5.255.254) at the command prompt (CMD); Connectivity is fine.

I typed "10.5.255.254" in the address bar.

Error code appears: INET_E_DOWNLOAD_FAILURE.

  - Did you try with adding the decommissioned address of the gateway to the trusted web sites of your browser, as suggested above by Alexandre Peixoto?
  - Another way which I use - if you click on "More information", when you get this error "The site is not secure", there will be an option "Go to page (not recommended)"(or similar), if you click on it, you should be able to reach the web interface.

  Good morning friend, if I tried to enter the address as a trusted site, I also went to more information but it does not continue giving the same error, the strange thing that I have a pin to the IP address, but when I put the IP address, it immediately gives that error . Thanks for your time!!!
