Please any suggestion for troubleshoot a Gateway 1420 can't communicate to a pc
At the moment we verified
IP setup, OK
Cable, OK
PC Ethernet port, OK
1420 powered
We tested both Ethernet ports in the gateway with crossover & patch type cable, nothing happen.
In the board 2 led are on, one green and the other orange, solid both.
Antenna is disconnected
