PME unable to open Quickpanel plus project

Dear All

I am restoring quickpanel plus project in PME 9.5 and also in PME9.8 ,The original program was developed and backup taken in PME 8, 

I have installed PME9.5 View and PLC.

the project gets restored without any error, but when i open the project am getting following error

"You have attempted to open a project that uses one or more Machine edition products that are not installed. 

Please install the relevant products from your Machine edition installation CD and try again

I installed PME9.8 , restored the project, and when try to open it getting ....same above error appears and i am unable to open the project.

Need help on above for any resolution.

  Make sure that the PAC Machine Edition OPC Servers are installed.

  Thanks Steve, On your suggestion, i reinstalled PME9.8 and then SIM 10 (having PMe integrated OPC 5), resotred from the backup, but same message persists ....Is there any additional settings we need to do on the OPTIONs tab of PME 9.8 environment?

  @Steve Ward , is there any way i can know that the OPC Integrated servicec is running or not? And if not, how to manually run it?

  Another possibility is check regional settings - I use US or UK English. Beyond this, contact Technical Support at www.emerson.com/iac-support.
