Dear all,
I would like to display the Operation description field on Ifix (graphics). In a UP we have OPs that are used multiple times. Each operation has a particular description. By displaying the description the operator can easily identify in which process step he is. Does anybody know how to get the description from an batch operation?

The recipe description (Procedure/Unit Procedure/Operation) isn't in the controller so it can't be displayed on a graphic. The only thing that can be done is edit the iFix Batch PFC ActiveX object and from the Properties... you can select that you want to see the Description instead of the Step Name (see screen shot). Unfortunately you can't see both at the same time. Similar thing can be done for Transitions as well.
