CSLS CRC Issue

Installing a new SZ controller with CSLS.  When downloading, a CRC Error appears.

Also, the CRC numbers are all zero.

Any thoughts on why the download is not completing?

  This might be a network related issue, please open a GSC call for a proper support.

  Have you tried to flash the CSLS with your systems latest firmware?

  Differently than the BPCS HW, the Logic Solvers' firmware does not have to match the DeltaV SW version, so this should not be the issue, I recommend to open a call with GSC.

  Not because "it has to match" but because something might be wrong in the firmware of the delivered CSLS. We had a similar problem a few years ago on a SLS1508 - flashing the firmware helped...
