I build new trend charts and the data is not tracking

when I build a new trend chart and add points. I get everything downloaded. close it, when I open the trend again the data starts from current time instead of tracking history?

  Hi, This maybe due to wrong data server you are pointing to. First Identify on which station your Continuous Historian is configured. Then goto Data servers option from File menu on PHV and browse appropriate Server.

  Verify that paths in Process History View match the ones that are historized for these modules. For instance, both MODULE_NAME/PV.CV and MODULE_NAME/AI1/PV.CV will trend in PHV, but only one is historized. Check modules' History Collection.

  First check the path in PHV is actually configured on the module to be historized.
  Then check you are pointing to the correct history server.
