Hello,
I have a new Base Station .lia from Emerson. When I load the license from Explorer on the ProPlus it seems to complete loading with no errors or warnings. when I try to activate this license on the workstation, no license appears. the workstation has no license currently. I spoke with JHC on the phone and sent them the license I received, they confirmed the license looks good and the procedure I am using to load and assign the license is correct. The network utilizes a UTN for USB control but otherwise it is a typical DeltaV Control Network. Has anyone experienced this problem and knows how to correct it?
