I am facing some issue in the SIS recently.
The Out_D of the LSDO block become FALSE state. The online status value of the I/O of the block is " Bad Device Failure".
The " Bad Device Failure" is not there for all block but only few block I/O are have bad status.
In normal condition of the LSDO block is TRUE . Suddenly some blocks I/Os become Bad status then after some time the OUT_D of the LSDO4 become FALSE state.
This Bad device failure is coming only from a charms of a particular terminal blocks of a CSLS.
Please suggest the diagnosis method and solution to solve this issue.
