VM Server Deltav Primary and Secondary bad status

I have DeltaV installed on a VM server where the ProPlus diagnostics shows Overall Integrity as BAD. Primary and Secondary communication BAD.

I am trying to get Batch Application manager working on this system but I think this bad communication is causing problem.

Not sure if this is physical cable problem or am i missing any setting here. Any help would be great. TIA

  Was this working before? When did it stop working? What was the last major change?
  
  Can you ping from ProPlus to other nodes?

  This is the newly set up VM. so Batch Executive never communicated with DeltaV ever. when I do TCP/IP Ping from diagnostics it does successfully.

  Can you please check if the virtual NIC not reversed? Thus say, Primary on ProPlus is connected to Secondary on Batch Executive. Can you also share what virtualization tool/solution are you using? (Hyper-V, VMware, VirtualBox, etc).

  I am using Hyper V (VM). Not sure about the NIC reversal

  Are you using DVS? If yes, what version?

  If not, what host OS are you using?

  On the ProPlus, can open cmd.exe and do a ping to the target node?

  For example,

  ping <10.4.0.10>

  Change <10.4.0.10> with the IP of the target node.

  Well coming to the specific problem when I load the UP in BOI it get to READY state and when I try to run it gives me error "Cannot Communicate to phase logic (unsol)" have never seen this. I am though able to run phase from the unit externally.

  I would recommend to focus on getting at least one network interface in a good state.
  
  And if you can provide answers to my query above, we might be able to identify the issue.
