Hello,
I have a Rosemount 848T transmitter and a Beka associates 488CF fieldbus display. Our Delta V version is 11.3.1.
We are using 4 channels(RTD) of the transmitter, each channel is referenced in a CM with an AI block. this means 4 control modules.
In an additional control module, I have 2 ISEL blocks to send the transmitter's signal to the Beka display.
How is the DST count?
-I read somewhere, fieldbus devices consume 1DST per device, does not matter how many signals are sent or read. This will explain 2 DSTs.
-The other scenario: each AI-CM is 1 DST, meaning 4 DST, plus the remote display's CM (2 ISEL blocks) is an additional DST. Total 5 DST.
Please, which of these options is correct, or am I totally wrong.
