DST Count is available from Licensing Report. DeltaV Explorer/ Licensing/ Licensing report.
DST Count is also available on a per controller and per module by looking at the properties of the relavent object.
Do you mean as a report from the running system??
In that case you can go to File->Licensing->Licensing report. You can also see the DST count for each controller if you select the controller, go to Properties and view the Licensing tab.
