DCS alarm F0006322 error 91 communication alarm

I have no idea what this alarm is? it appeared a week or so ago, I have looked everywhere for it? any help would be appreciated.

  Tom, Do you currently or have you ever had a fieldbus device with this tag number configured in this database?

  Could you send a screen capture of the alarm?  Is it associated with a particular alarm area?

  Hi Tom,

  The screenshot might be the clue needed.  It looks like you might be communicating with a PLC via Modbus or VIM, etc.  Can you check to see if this alarm could be driven from one of your ports or datasets?
