Alarm Banner error

DeltaV 11.3.1. On Professional Plus station in AlarmBanner all datalink - &&&&. List Alarms - OK.

Restarting the operator interface or computer does not help.

When I run the operator interface an error "THISUSERALARMSRV.F_CV Invalid user session terminal server -1577058198 (A200006A)"

Replacement AlarmBanner the result did not bring.

Help me, please.

  The issue is resolved.
  
  Custom schedule runs in the background.
  After closing FixBackgroundServer and move custom schedule from folder PDB , operator interface (AlarmBanner) began to work normally.
  Next, back on schedule, and run FixBackgroundServer. After these manipulations, the launch operator interface has become a go without errors. AlarmBanner displayed correctly.
